Advanced Self Healing

Perhaps you know me as a teacher of the Alexander Technique with over 35 years of experience, perhaps as a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist, a somatic psychotherapy.  But did you know that Illana Rubenfeld pointed the way to both these professional practices?  Did you know that my relative Norman Cousins, pioneer in Psychoneuroimmunology was an influence in helping me co-found the Northeast (PNI) Institute for Healing and how this has brought me further into the wonders of brain-science? 

Did you know that my grandfather was the one who opened me at age three to Mysticism, not through his words but in energy transmissions that opened me to the mysteries of soul and spirit and my life as a seeker?  And then my Great Aunt Sara who taught me “auto-suggestion”  helping me jump from being a “C” student to an “A” student in High School with the power of my mind.

Did you know that I spent time in India with a great eclectic mystic and went to Macedonia and Bosnia work with victims of war and that my passion for many kinds of dance has helped me develop several workshops and  led me to Paneurhythmy, a sacred dance from Bulgaria which I have been teaching for over 17 years?

All this and more contribute to the gifts I have to offer you....hence the new name for my work "Advanced Self Healing" It is all about becoming whole, undivided within your self and with those in your world so that you can do what your heart, body and mind want to do. It is about you, a truly motivate human who is open to learn new ways to help yourself.
